Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using editlabs.dev you agree to these terms. If you use EditLabs on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by sign-up approval or admin invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or archive accounts that breach these terms.

3. Credits, plans and revisions

• One credit equals one finished video, and a credit is only consumed when you approve a delivery.
• Each credit includes one revision round.
• Further revisions on the same video cost 0.5 credits each.
• Credits are allocated monthly according to your plan and do not have cash value.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant EditLabs a limited licence to store, process and edit that material solely to deliver the service. You confirm you hold the rights to the footage, music and likenesses you submit and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Delivered edits

Once you approve a delivery and the credit is consumed, the finished edit is yours to use commercially. Preview versions carry a watermark and may not be published, distributed or re-recorded before approval.

6. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative or infringing material, attempt to bypass watermarks or access controls, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to harass others. We may remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

7. Billing and cancellation

Plans bill monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and unused credits expire at the end of each billing month.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Keep your own backups of source footage.

9. Changes and contact
